Ambra Spirits is zesting things up in Thebarton with their delicious Limoncello, spirits, and modern Italian spuntini-style cuisine to match.

Ambra Spirits began its journey in 1998, founded by Italian-born visionary Libero De Luca. With a passion for crafting an authentic Italian liqueur, Libero hand-peeled South Australian citrus zest and blended it with local premium spirits, creating Australia's first Limoncello brand—a tribute to Mediterranean authenticity, craftsmanship, and the zest of life.

As Ambra grew, the legacy was carried on by Nando Focareta and Peppe Fusco, who broadened the brand’s horizons with new and innovative spirits while honouring its Italian heritage. Expanding beyond Limoncello, Ambra captures the essence of Italian summers and the joy of shared moments through a range of liqueurs, gins and now their restaurant/bar that sports cocktails, their full-range distilled in-house, to pair with Anti-Pasti and modern-Italian fare.

Fast forward to now in 2024, Ambra Spirits is evolving with Finn Healey, an old friend of Nando and Peppe, stepping in as co-owner and Managing Director. Finn brings a fresh infusion of energy, innovative ideas, and a shared vision to invigorate the brand and connect with the community.
