Butchery Basics Masterclass - SPOUT KITCHEN X BAROSSA FINE FOODS

Thanks to the team from Sprout (Callum Hann & Themis Chryssidis) for inviting us along to their Butchery Basics Masterclass with Alex from Barossa Fine Foods.

It was an informative evening, learning about the produce, the history of Barossa Fine Foods Alex and preparing meat at home. An approachable Masterclass in combination with a wine-paired 2-course dinner!

Sprout is all about cooking with fresh, local and seasonal produce, and to teach people how to cook nutritious and delicious recipes for themselves, and help them understand the relationship between food and health.
