I've been having cravings for this rice this week, and had most of the ingredients already (it is a pretty cheap and minimalistic dish), and great with any leftover rice you have!! It is delicious with the fried egg on top, and having the yolk ooze all over your steaming rice. MMMmmmm!

I made the accident of purchasing Kimchi Radish (Kkakdugi), instead of traditional Kimchi (pickled cabbage) as the packaging had the smallest sticker saying it was radish!!!! I went ahead anyway and worked off the recipe below (I didn't really follow most of the measurements, I always cook measuring by eyesight).

The only difference I can mention is that I added some garlic, more soy and salt... and obviously used kkakduygi instead of kimchi. I just finely chopped the radish into tiny cubes.

Needless to say it was a success!
