I've been extremely sick the past couple days and was really looking forward to a warm hearty dinner packed full of nutrients!! I saw this in the Woolworths magazine and jumped at the opportunity to make it for dinner. I didn't make nearly as many layers as the instructions tell you to, and I didn't really follow the measurements or ingredients. I purchased whatever was on special or available at the time and used less cheese than stated because it would've been extremely sickening if I used as much cheese as it said to. Additionally, I added some nutmeg into the carrot layer and more salt on the top layer right before baking as otherwise this dish would've been quite tasteless.
I was extremely hungry so I couldn't really be bothered with a nice photo despite having some nice layers!!!
