We were super impressed with everything that we were served, loved the soju cured salmon as it was something different, rather than your typical salt, sugar or citrus cure.
The scallop ceviche was delicious, but a tad acidic, it needed a purée or something creamy to balance it out.
The market fish was cooked to perfection. As the fish was seasoned already it did make it a little too salty when you had it with the doenjang, but nevertheless, the potatoes and super creamy mash helped to balance it out!
The two lovely ladies on duty tonight had sensational service - a rare thing to experience in Adelaide these days!! 🥰👏🏻 Thank you for having us!
