We love our desserts and we sure love Busan Baby, so we were super duper keen to hear they were introducing his girlfriend… Seoul Sweetie, a late-night dessert bar! Thanks to Seoul Sweetie for inviting us to their VIP opening week!
The atmosphere was cosy, but the space was small and felt a little cramped. The staff were super friendly, but you could tell they were new to hospitality. We know these things come with experience and time.
All the desserts we had were perfectly balanced in terms of texture, flavour and especially sweetness. We love desserts that aren’t too sickeningly sweet, or too dense & heavy, and Seoul Sweetie definitely nailed all those aspects.
It’s exciting to have a late-night dessert bar that ticks all our boxes. We look forward to many more visits to try the entire menu!
